At age 71, I made a decision that changed my life: I left the United States and started over abroad.

After a successful 37-year career in technology and marketing, I retired in 2020 and began asking myself a question many women eventually face:

Rather than settling into a traditional retirement, I chose reinvention. Since then, I’ve explored life in multiple countries, navigated visas, healthcare systems, housing challenges, cultural differences, and the everyday realities of building a life outside the United States.
