I want every session to feel relaxed and worth your while, so here’s how rescheduling and refunds work — simple and fair.
Rescheduling. Need to change your time? No problem. Just let me know at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll find a new slot that works for you, at no charge.
Refunds. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, I’m not able to refund the session, because that hour has been reserved especially for you and I’ve turned away other bookings to keep it. I’m always glad to reschedule instead whenever possible.
No-shows. If you’re not able to make it and haven’t been in touch, the session is counted as completed and isn’t refundable.
